Marketing Video With Video Stories For Advertising May Help Video SEO

by luannecrawford on September 27, 2012

A marketing video with video stories about real human past experiences is the latest best advertising trend and it may help with video SEO. Personal stories recalled from past experiences tend to draw in and engage viewers. Advertisers and brands are starting to use marketing videos with video stories to involve viewers in a more human, less stuff-shirt way, in order to promote their brand. Keeping it real and relatable is what people like. This is all good news for network marketing niches, too.

A marketing video can be simple and doesn’t require high stylization or a corporate look. It doesn’t have to be perfect. You don’t have to have the best lighting or technology to produce a marketing video. Casual is best. You can even use an I-phone and get nice results. The best thing to do if you haven’t tried to make a marketing video is to start. Do it!

Its always good to plan ahead for your marketing video content, although some of the best video stories for advertising are done on the spot without planning. A family member or a friend can shoot the marketing video with you to make it more fun, or you can shoot it alone on your computer. For video SEO, use the same strategies you do with blogging, with good key words in the title and throughout your marketing video and video stories. Embed your videos in high PR ranking sites and share your video stories on social media and emails for better video SEO.

At the end of your marketing video, after you’ve told your video story, be sure to include a call to action. Ask your viewers to do something or to visit your website. In the description area, include your website link and all of your keywords. Then add tags keeping in mind best keywords to create good video SEO.

That’s what I learned this past weekend, which was a break-through, because I was shying away from doing a marketing video and had not considered sharing any personal video stories. So, I at least took a step in the right direction.  It cost me nothing, except having a good time with a friend.  Please promise not to laugh!

year 2013 will see a remarkable shift to video marketing. FB is about a communication but video really speaks about the brand values. For startups starting with blog in combination with video marketing is the key since for FB communication they need sifficient traction , twitter is always one way traffic ( mostly suitable for celebrities ). In my opinion tumblr and youtube combination is the way forward for startups and also to get good SEO rankings
